I loved the cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home! The room was tastefully decorated, and the comfy bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, having free parking on-site made exploring the area...

Welcoming and Attentive Staff

The location had a lovely vibe, surrounded by green spaces. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in. Breakfast options...  

We loved exploring Holyrood Park with our teenagers, especially hiking up Arthur's Seat for breathtaking views. The fitness vibe of the area was perfect for us, and the hotel provided a peaceful retreat after our day of adventuring....  

The large modern bathroom was a highlight, and the complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety of choices to start the day.

Staying in the Deluxe Double Room was a treat! The bed was massive and super comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. The space was clean and pretty quiet, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the views of Arthur’s Seat from the window were a nice bonus! There were a couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing major. a solid room experience!

The room had a flat-screen TV, heating, and a private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pastries and a good choice of hot options. The staff made sure everything was perfect and the surroundings were incredibly relaxing. The location gave easy access to the bus, making exploring a breeze.

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The staff were outstandingly helpful especially when I needed directions to get to my concert, they made everything easy which I appreciated. The Scottish breakfast was solid, I had the vegetarian option which was surprisingly filling and delicious, a good...  

The food scene blew me away! The breakfast had some seasonal offerings that really tickled my taste buds, and dinner was a delightful experience too. The staff at the bar and lounge were spot on, always ready to make a great...

the room was super comfy n well furnished. staff was really helpful n friendly. location was great, right near the uni grounds. breakfast had lots of options, loved the fresh fruits. everything was clean n tidy!...

I loved how easy it was to stroll through Princes Street Gardens and enjoy the scenic views, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay really pleasant.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices. I loved the comfortable bed after a long day, and the bathroom was especially warm and cozy. I would definitely choose this place again!
